Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS 

 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup sugar

  •  1/2 cup oil

  •  2 tbsp milk

  • 3 medium bananas mashed

  • 1/2 cup walnuts (plus a little more for topping)

  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F

  2. Mix dry ingredients together. Flour, baking soda and salt.

  3. Mix together egg, sugar, oil, milk, and mashed bananas until combined.

  4. Add in dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Do not over mix.

  5. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips and pour into loaf pan and top with extra walnuts. Optional to add sliced bananas.

  6. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes until knife comes out clean.
