Nutella Cookies

Yield 20 Cookies



  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature

  • 1/3 cup nutella

  •  1/2 cup light brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  •  1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 




  1. Mix together dry ingredients. Flour, cornstarch and baking soda

  2. Beat together butter, sugars, nutella, egg and vanilla on medium speed until well combined, about 5 minutes.

  3. On low speed slowly add dry ingredients. Mix until combined about 2 minutes.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips until well distributed.

  5. Roll dough into 1" balls and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours or overnight.

  6. Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and tops are still soft.

  8. Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
