Nutella Cookies

Yield 20 Cookies
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature

1/3 cup nutella

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup white sugar
-
1 egg
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp cornstarch
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together dry ingredients. Flour, cornstarch and baking soda

Beat together butter, sugars, nutella, egg and vanilla on medium speed until well combined, about 5 minutes.

On low speed slowly add dry ingredients. Mix until combined about 2 minutes.

Stir in chocolate chips until well distributed.

Roll dough into 1" balls and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours or overnight.

Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and tops are still soft.

Let cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
